This means we balance casual “real-life-first” timetables with competent performance to yield high level progress through SWTOR’s most challenging operations content.
- Casual: Our scheduled teams convene once per week, for no more than three hours at a time.
- Hardcore: We clear the most difficult content (Nightmare/Master Mode).
So, we raid. It is not, however, our part-time job. We are casualcore.
Delusions has maintained at least one continuous weekly raid group since our first full clear of Storymode Eternity Vault in January 2012. Excepting holiday weeks, that’s over seven years of consistent SWTOR raiding. During 3.0, the Shadow of Revan expansion, we ran 4 distinct groups. Since the release of KOTFE/ET, however, players’ frustrations with the glacial pace of bugged updates to operations content resulted in significant attrition, and we currently field only a single operations team.
We are currently enjoying Delusions’ customary level of success in the Onslaught expansion, which is clearing new Hardmodes in Dxun, pre-nerf, just a few months behind the hardcore guilds.[/vc_column_boxed_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_wp_text][/vc_wp_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1551175768955{margin-top: -30px !important;padding-top: -30px !important;}”][vc_column][vc_separator][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1551178250620{padding-top: 44px !important;background-image: url(http://www.wehavedelusionsofgrandeur.com/v3/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/pve-cq-back2.png?id=130) !important;background-position: 0 0 !important;background-repeat: no-repeat !important;}”][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_boxed_text el_text_title=”Conquests”]We do not prioritize Galactic Conquests as a guild. Our goal with 5.10’s new “guild leveling” system was simply to hit the guild target each week, and we manage that easily. Delusions is level 65+, meaning we have all the perks available to guilds. Pursuit of planetary conqueror titles, on the other hand, is inconsistent with the intimate, non-obligatory atmosphere in Delusions.
- No mandatory conquest-point targets for guild members.
- Rewards you earn for hitting the personal target each week, if you choose to, are yours to do with as you please. Delusions does not require any member to donate encryptions or crafting material.
